How To Make Pumpkin Pie

Traditional Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz) can of pure pumpkin puree
1 (14 oz) Sweeten Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1 t ground Cinnamon
½ t ground Ginger
½ t ground Nutmeg
½ t Salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked Pie Crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. in a large bowl whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, all the spices and salt until nice and smooth. Place crust on a cookie sheet and pour filling into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until the edges of the filling are golden and the center is still slightly jiggly. Let pie cool completely and garnish however you desire. Enjoy!
