Aerobic Exercises + My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2019
There are many habits or practices that help to keep healthy and fit, but one of the major contributors to fitness is aerobic exercises. These include but are not limited to cycling, jogging, swimming, vigorously walking, etc... any activity that gets your blood pumping faster.

One of the major benefits of aerobic exercises is that it helps in weight reduction. Though streamlining one's diet is often adopted in weight loss programmes, cardiovascular exercises go a long way in achieving weight reduction. Running, jogging, swimming, cycling, energetic walk, and so on cannot help burn calories, depending on weight and the amount of effort put into the exercise.
My daily activities on a working day involves traveling over 50 miles to the construction site where I work, and back home the same distance. Site inspection also involves physically accessing work from one point to the other. Site engineering helps keep fit, except one is a glutton.
