Been a bit too busy to post lately as it was my daughter's birthday weekend and we just obtained two new kittens. Rest assured, however, I've still been getting my workouts in.
Today's Workout
Bench Press, 4 Work Sets
-Paired with overhead press
Back Squat 4 Work Sets
-Paired With Volume Deadlifts
Cardio

How I'm feeling afterwards:
Felt great today and hit a new personal best on the bench! Felt like I had even more in me.
