Saturday workouts can be a beast, as I've got more time to do a more thorough session.

Today's Workout

Bench Press, 4 Work Sets
-Paired With Pendlay Rows

Back Squats, 3 Work Sets
-Paired With Hang Clean

Cardio

  • 10-minute walk/jog

How I'm feeling afterwards:

Tired. After a 90-minute tennis session yesterday and a big workout today, I could use a nice rest!
