A bit of a rushed workout as we had to go get Flu Shots after our workout today. Still got some good work in, but had to cut a couple work sets out.
Today's Workout
Bench Press - 3 Work Sets
-Paired with Rotator Cuff Work
Deadlift - 2 Work Sets
-Paired with Calf Raises
-Paired with Plank Holds
Cardio
-Two fifteen-minute walks
How I'm feeling afterwards:
Back inflammation is gone thankfully and no soreness anywhere. Ready for tennis Friday!
