Threw the football around for a while with @patriot before hitting the gym today. Fun times!

Today's Workout

Bench Press, 4 Work Sets
-Paired with Facepulls

Deadlift 4 Work Sets
-Paired With Calf Raises
-Paired With Volume Overhead Press

Cardio

  • Football

How I'm feeling afterwards:

Didn't go for a new all-time best on the bench, but did hit all my lifting goals for the day so I'm feeling pretty happy. Looking forward to to getting back there on Monday!
