Great day in the gym with @patriot after a long day of work.
Today's Workout
Bench Press, 4 Work Sets
-Paired with Tricep Pulldowns
Back Squat 4 Work Sets
-Paired With Calf Raises
Cardio
- 20 minute walk
How I'm feeling afterwards:
Felt great today and although I failed a rep going for an all-time high, I know I will hit it next time in the gym.
