Gobsmacked onlookers sat inside their cars witnessing the fearless man running towards the accident.

Their cries and pleas reverberated around the junction as he crawled under the vehicle to save the couple trapped below.

Out of sight, time stood still, they waited.

None of them anticipated what would happen next.

Just another entry to the Fifty Word Contest! I'm gutted I missed last weeks Adventure theme so I think I'm going to find some time through the week to knock one up.
