I quote from their Official WhitePaper Document: "The Enumivo project envisions to provide a Universal Basic Income (UBI) for all, on the premise that all citizens of the earth have a right to an equal share of the planet鈥檚 natural resources, a right as basic as the right to breathe air. Universal Basic Income (UBI) is the idea that everyone is entitled to receive a fixed and regular income. This is unconditional, meaning there are no prerequisites, other than being alive and human, for one to receive that income." Un-Quote.
