It is rather unfortunate that drug abuse and its intake have become rampant and increasing astronomically among students nowadays without due attention being accorded to the unhealthy and unwholesome development by parents, teachers and even the concerned government agencies.

This trend is significantly responsible for the sharp increase in crime and criminality within the country as most of the perpetuators of criminal acts usually carry out their dastardly acts under the influence of drugs.

Drug addicts usually suffer physical deterioration, their strength and physical look diminish with time. There is also a tendency of memory failure and changes in behaviour pattern.
