Time for a brand new photography challenge. This is a REAL challenge.

This is to get you back into shape.

There maybe prizes down the road, so get get your cameras ready!

This challenge is simple. Or is it? Look, all I'm saying is, that it may involve some physical exercise. But you're no stranger to that! Healthy photography, ever tried that before? Yes? No? My body is ready.

Let's review the rules:

• You must visit a location of your choice and take TWO photos - one DURING THE DAY and another - AT NIGHT!
  This means you will have to find a creative approach to managing your locations, travel and time as you'll need to do this twice a day. I said it was a challenge. I'm personally excited as it gives me a reason to get out and try something new. A new perspective in my photography.

• People can be part of the photo (on the street) but not the main subject of the photo. Otherwise you all will be sitting at home in different rooms everyday shooting your significant others/friends/or family. ^.^

• Anyone can participate but try to nominate people you know who enjoy photography or may be interested in trying this contest!

• Tag your submissions with #dayandnightchallenge - We will have a pick-a-winner at the end of every week! Prizes, prizes, who doesn't like prizes! 300 PIXEL total, 10 for each photograph.

• Description is optional but is always welcome, do tell us about your photos. Is it your favorite place? Do you go there often? Any historical significance? I personally read more than I write, so anything is welcome!
