Crispy Brussels Sprout Salad

I wish I could say I made this salad but unfortunately it's not the case. Had it at a little café close to where I live. And it was phenomenal!
The Brussels sprouts were caramelized almost to the point of being burned (I like it that way). They are then tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette then served atop a creamy but light yogurt dressing. It also had coarsely chopped macadamia nuts and some pecorino romano cheese sprinkled on top.
The salad was served hot. It probably took me an hour to finish the whole serving as I was working at the same time, but it was enjoyable even as it got cold.
Bon appétit!
