Wednesday FOOD == Eggplant with shrimp paste
Welcome to FoodieMom adventure. The dish that I will show is saute eggplant with shrimp paste and pork fats. It so easy to cook and budget friendly. Perfect during the "Petsa De Peligro". This dish can be a survival food.
I really love this food since I was young. It so fast to cook no need to wait for a long hour to prepare. The shrimp paste was so delicious especially if you will mix it on your rice. Put on top of the mix shrimp paste and rice the eggplant together with pork fats. Uhhhmm, So Yummy!
I bought the eggplant for 10.00 pesos, shrimp paste is 20.00 pesos, pork fats 20.00 pesos and then onion with garlic is 15.00 pesos. The total amount is 65.00 pesos only. Good for two persons.

Ingredients
✓ One eggplant
✓ Shrimp paste
✓ Pork fat
✓ Vinegar and sugar
✓ Onion and garlic
Instruction
✾ Saute the onion and garlic.
✾ Put the shrimp paste toss it.
✾ Add vinegar and sugar wait for 3 minutes.
✾ Fry the eggplant and pork fats.
✾ Combine the shrimp paste and pork fats.
✾ Ready to serve.
