1. Bleeding note

I came across this post which was an amazing poetic piece to start the new year. Vheobong pens the concerns all humans harbor towards suicide incited by depression in poetry. Amidst the challenges, frustration or struggles anyone tied by the shackle of depression should try to speak up, don't die in silence.

I kissed her goodnight
But didn't wake to see her morning bright
She eloped with the night
And left us nothing but a bleeding note

Speak up, suicide isn't an option

2. DREAMS COME TRUE

I agree with irational, dreams do come true but not at an easy price. Life won't be fair to the souls that loves purpose. The odds and storms of life will rage, it is our duty to believe and fight with the sword of hope. We are conquerers as long as we don't give up. This piece is a powerful poem.

The universe conspires
Again and again my hopes seem to be just fantasies
The planets align with the selfish goal of finishing me
But they don't make it, they fail too
Because my forces are the spirit of war

Tombalistreri is a wonderful poet, I am a Christian and can relate to this beautiful piece. Do bells ring in heaven? As long as fellowship exist on earth, in the sanctuary. The spiritual counterpart will also exist.

The chimes ring in the temple.
Church bells sing across the land.
People hear and they go forth.
To receive from Gods hand.

They feel a rising in their spirits.
Like bread that's been leaven.
I pause and I wonder.
Do bells ring in Heaven?

the intensity of the cold was distressing me
and you weren't here to keep me warm.
