Nothing anything special today, just a typical quick gym workout at Planet Fitness to get the whole week started. 🏋
What was my routine?
I'm a huge believer in a whole body workout without spending too much time in the gym. All I did was 6-10 sets of chest, shoulders, back, arms and some legs.
In and out about an hour... just getting it done real fast. Next workout will be done in a few days.
