A Girlfriend Jeans Kind Of Day

Hi all!

Last week I ordered some things from a store called 'Na-kd'. Na-kd is a Swedish brand and there are only a few offline stores here in the Netherlands. They don't only sell their own brand, but also other brands in different price ranges, which I find awesome!

I ordered only two things this time because I didn't have much time to search for more AND I am trying to safe some money. What a smart girl huh?;)

One of the things that I've ordered was a keeper right away. So I decided to create a look with.... jeans. Yes, I said jeans! Jeans, jeans, jeans. Are you already used to me saying that word? Good. Here we go then!

Orange leaves

To make things more clear: I ordered a top and a dress. I put on the dress first, but I wasn't that enthusiastic about it as I expected. It was an army green button up dress with a belt around the waist. Very classy, but somehow it didn't suit me right.

So a quick little change and hop! I was wearing a lovely black see-through top with orange leaves. I loved it immediately and totally forgot about the dress.

Too tight, is not right. Right?

I wasn't very sure how to combine this top. At first, I wanted to wear it with my rust colored flared trousers. But those pants are too tight to wear with this top. I just don't feel comfortable showing too much of my body.

And that's when these jeans came to my mind. It must have been made for this top, look at those colors!

This jeans is what they call a 'girlfriend jeans'. It's not that tight as skinny jeans, but tighter than boyfriend jeans. Are you still with me? haha.

When you let me do my thing

Is it weird to be super happy about something that you 'created' yourself? Because I am right now!

Again, I combined the outfit with my crocodile booties (I know, I really need some other black heeled boots...) and I think it looks awesome. The top is a little sexy, because duh: it's see-through, the jeans make it look tough and the boots... what can I say?!

Maybe when I wear this outfit again, I will wear a belt or some other accessories with it. Like a few rings or a bracelet. But apart from that, I'm really pleased with this look:D
