A Flowery Start Of The Holidays

Finally, it's Christmas Holiday! I'm not that excited about Christmas, but it does mean that I'm going to have a lot more time to take photos by daylight, write a little more and do some baking.

So let's start this holiday with a colorful outfit;)

A chunck of white wool

About two weeks ago, I posted an Unboxing Video on my blog. I ordered a few things online and one of them was this oversized white knit, which I fell in love with right away!

I styled it with a black jeans, black t-shirt and black booties back then. But I know I was able to do better than that;) So I decided to spice the whole thing up and try something different. Not totally different, because it's still a black and white outfit. But the print and the structures make it more special.

The jeans and top

Last week I've come to the realization that I'm not a jeans girl (thanks to @eveuncovered who made a comment about pants;)). But I do like a black jeans, or a jeans that is not too basic, or a jeans that is styled right... alright, obviously it's not that black and white (HAHA).

So I ordered this knit together with a black jeans, which is made from a super stretchy material. I figured it's perrrfect for my food babies and the day I was about to wear this outfit I had a Christmas brunch at college, so you do the math:D

The only thing missing was a top. It had to be a special one, because a black jeans and a white knit isn't that exciting.

Then I remembered this top with little white flowers on it, which I bought last summer. It's made from a super smooth fabric and you have to tie it around your waist. Actually, it's a crop top, so it's not really convenient for the winter. But with this knit, I will be fine, hopefully... Oh and for those who don't know what a crop top is: It's a top that's short (cropped), which means a little belly is showing.

And of course, the shoes had to be my favorite heeled crocodile booties.

Tududum, the results...

Again, I'm very pleased with this outfit!

The wool and the smooth fabric of the top combine very well. Two little details are this small silver necklace and the lace bra I'm wearing underneath it. Did you spot it?;)
