France To Launch Their Own Cryptocurrency

Good for you France. It was only a question of time before the big nations woke to the reality that Bitcoin represents competition with its instant transfers and minimal fees. But how long will it be before the people of these nations see that owning a cryptocurrency controlled & monitored by their government is far less preferable to owning a cryptocurrency designed for privacy?

Remain anonymous and make guaranteed long term gains or use a stablecoin crypto pegged to your national currency and make a guaranteed long term loss, while relinquishing every aspect of your spending habits to your government and putting yourself in the precarious position of potentially being cut off by them if you are not behaving as they would like?

Hmmm... let me think.
