Anchor Protocol (ANC) price is about 10% that of LUNA!! $500 EOY LUNA means $50 ANC! Let's discuss!

Have been recently watching the price of Anchor Protocol (ANC) and it would seem that it has started to go 10:1 in tandem to the price of LUNA! Is this a coincidence or is it going to stay like this? Does this mean that a $500 LUNA EOY is a $50 ANC EOY? Let's discuss!

So if you are not aware of what Anchor Protocol is, it is a savings protocol on the LUNA blockchain that pays about 20% on the UST that is deposited on the earn side of the protocol. So anyone anywhere can acquire UST and get a fixed rate of 20%. Now it can fluctuate between 18-22% but it always gets back to 20%.

This protocol has Anchor tokens (ANC) which is a governance token. In the past there was not a correlation between the price of ANC and LUNA but recently I have noticed that it fluctuates around 10% of LUNA price so I started trying to see if this was just a one off thing but it’s been this way for a few weeks. Now since releasing the video, people have said that correlation does not equal causation and that it’s dumb to say that there there any correlation.

My response has been that as a person that has been in this space for a while, each new day as I learn about the Crypto space, I realize how much I don’t know even with all the knowledge I have garnered over the years. This has kept me very humble. I believe that pride was what kept Bitcoin Maximalists from missing out on the incredible run up in Ethereum and Ethereum Maximalists from run up in other Altcoins. Personally that has affected me too especially when I was new in Crypto, I thought I knew a lot and missed out on lots of projects that would have made me a multi millionaire. I will not even count the projects I missed because I thought I knew a lot. It was this humility that made me never to count out any projects except it is an outright scam. This attitude has paid off handsomely. When I got into MIR, people kept saying all roads led to LUNA. Without know what LUNA did, I bought thousands of LUNA at $0.50 just based of that statement because I believed that there was something these guys that kept saying this knew I did not.

Anyway, getting back to topic, as someone that borrows on the Anchor Protocol, when LUNA went up in price, I felt richer so I would borrow more UST. Since UST is pegged to USD and did not rise or fall in value, I felt like I need to put it in an asset that had the potential to rise in value. I also wanted to access the asset in case I needed to pay down my loan not to get liquidated so the path of least resistance was ANC. It is already on the platform and I can easily sell it even at a loss to maintain my loan. I started noticing that I was not the only person doing this because when LUNA went up in value, ANC will go up in value too and when LUNA fell in value, ANC fell in value.

I started watching this for a while and it became evident that more people were doing this than I thought. I also noticed that it was fluctuating around 10:1 for ANC and LUNA. It made me realize that this could be a trend. Since I made a prediction of LUNA hitting $500 EOY because of all that was coming into the ecosystem, it would not be crazy to think that ANC might hit $50 when . It’s a hypothesis. For one thing Crypto is unpredictable so no ones knows exactly what will happen. After being in the space for a while, you are able to use some trends to make predictions. People have often asked me how I have been accurate at a lot of my predictions. The answer is usually from a lot of study, from experience and then God!
