Can you believe it's my birthday again?!?!?!

Today I turn 39. I should hit my prime about 55 (I hear that's when vikings really became a force to be reckoned with). Some friends invited us over, and they'll be taking care of a wonderful meal and dessert, so I decided to make something to go with it. We'll be eating tacos, so guacamole it is!

Usually, for potlocks or when we are expected to bring something to share, I opt for guacamole or pico de gallo. First off, I love both of them, and secondly, I'm usually the only one who brings it, so rather than having a fourth tater tot casserole, I spice it up a bit with some variety. That said, my birthday should be delicious! Here's some pics.
