Hello Whales!

In this post, I want to talk about learning how to open up to people.

Many people are introverts, or better still like to assume they are. It is a good thing to keep things to oneself but too much is not too healthy.

Saying things and opening up makes things way easy and also helps in mental health.

Have a good friend, or a confidant. I would have recommended someone that knows you well, say your parents. Tell me whatever that is bothering you.

problem shared is half solved.

This would ease the burden, sometimes you do not need any advice. All you need is a listening ear, do not under rate this.

talking with a friend might be the therapy you need.

Learning how to speak up might be hard as it might be something you have never done before. Just do it, and make sure you are sharing it with a close one.

Talking to a therapist might do the trick because every session is confidential, if you think you do not want to share it with someone close.

Do not underrate the state of your mental health, when it is sound your body works better!

And if you have a grudge against someone, walk up to that person and say what is on your mind. It is not being rude, it is called been real.

Do not bottle up your anger, frustrations and so on. Embrace peace!
