There are many habits or practices that help to keep healthy and fit, but one of the major contributors to fitness is aerobic exercises. These include but are not limited to cycling, jogging, swimming, vigorously walking, etc... any activity that gets your blood pumping faster.

Aerobic exercises help in mood boosting. Research has shown that engaging in exercise, even for a short period of time, may have a big impact on mood. So exercises are beneficial to those who are going through depression or are prone to it. These exercises help helps you to focus on positivity rather than wallowing in negative thoughts.
It was a quite busy day at work as I had a lot of issues to attend to on site, which necessitated walking around the estate several times. Gladly, the weather changed, and rain fell, to rescue us from the scorching sun. After my daily activities, I had to challenge myself to take about 2000 steps more to reach 10k activity count.
