Untitled #Prose
I want what makes you smile
Whatever makes you smile all the time
I can't seem to afford such in a long while
My soul's threshold is painted with bile
Hence the reason I can't see past it's pile.
I want to feel a share of your peace
Whatever the cost of your passionate kiss
I haven't tasted such chaotic quiesce
And my lips are dying for a piece.
I need to experience your calmness
Whatever allows you to adorn such boldness
I rarely get to feel that mystic vibe of eagerness
That allows me to slide into flawlessness
As my loud demons are ruthless.
I need to quit defying love's gravity
Whatever makes your heart have such clarity
I froze my own after sharing it turned into levity
While sinking in a disappointments' cavity.
I crave to share these feelings
Whatever makes me crumble to your healing
I haven't felt them in recent dealings
But here I am staring at my plain ceiling
Visualizing a future while daydreaming.
I don't know where this came from but it's a freewrite. A poet's mind is like a words' playground and one just dishes them out for the benefit of allowing the mind to 'breathe'again.
