Spaghetti in tomato sauce with sausages and apples
Hello, my friends!
Today we will cook spaghetti in excellent tomato sauce with sausages and apples. A good tomato sauce is the key to the success of the dish.
Ideally, to prepare tomato sauce, you need to take tomatoes in your own juice, but if they are not at hand, then a good tasty tomato paste will do.
A good tomato paste is made from ripe tomatoes. This is significantly better than cooking odorless and tasteless plastic tomatoes.
The recipe is simple. It's all about tomato sauce.
● Spaghetti -1 pack
● Sausages -4 pcs.
● Tomato paste -3-4 tbsp
● Onion -1-2 pcs
● Apples - 1-2 pcs.
● Pumpkin -100-150 gr
● Water -500 ml
● Salt, sugar, pepper, butter, spices, herbs - to taste
1.Cooking begins with tomato sauce. Dissolve a good tomato paste in 500-600 ml of water.
Add sugar, ground black pepper and dried dill (parsley). Fresh herbs can also be used.
Stir the tomato sauce and set it aside.
Peel the onion from the husk. Cut the onion into small pieces.
We clean the pumpkin from the skins and seeds. Cut the pumpkin into medium pieces.
We clean the apples from the seed boxes and cut the apples into pieces comparable to pumpkin.
Melt the butter. Spread onion, apples and pumpkin in a pan.
Fry vegetables until golden onions. You can add a little martini or white wine just for smell.
2.Pour tomato sauce into vegetables. Reduce the fire to a minimum.
Stir tomato sauce periodically. Cut 2-3 cloves of garlic.
3.Cut the wieners into slices. You can pre-fry sausages.
Add the sausages and garlic to the pan. Gently mix, cover the pan with a lid and cook the tomato sauce on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste. You can add a little basil.
Meanwhile, we cook spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Drain the water from the spaghetti, sprinkle the spaghetti with oil.
4.Put the spaghetti on a plate, top with tomato sauce with sausages and apples. Parsley is welcome!
Tasty and solid dish. Spaghetti in tomato sauce is always a holiday!
