Rye pie with pumpkin

Today we will make a pumpkin rye pie.
The dough is made from a mixture of rye and wheat flour.
And the pumpkin will used as the filling for the pie.
Who would doubt that.
● Rye flour - 1/2 cup
● Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
● Boiling water - 1/3 cup
● Vegetable oil - 1/3 cup
● Soda - a pinch
● Salt - a pinch
● Pumpkin - 300-400 g
● Sugar - 2 tbsp.
● Cinnamon - a pinch
● Oil for greasing
1.Let's start our action with the preparation of the dough.
The dough for the pie is prepared quite unconventionally. Rye and wheat flour are mixed, salt and soda are added. Then add vegetable oil and boiling water, but you heard right, namely boiling water.
By the way, I tried to add only rye flour without wheat, do not do this, the dough will not be plastic and may fall apart.
2.We'll make a plastic bun from dough. Then put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Let it rest before oven.
3.Roll the dough into a pita using a greased rolling pin. The board should also be greased with oil so that the dough does not stick.
We clean the pumpkin from the skins and seeds.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and lay out the lap in the center of the pie, leaving a place for pinching from the edges.
Sprinkle pumpkin with sugar and cinnamon. We pinch the edges of the dough.
Everything went not too smoothly and the edges came out crookedly.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. I put a pumpkin pie on a sheet of baking paper well-oiled, it will serve us for serving.
Bake pumpkin pie for about 35 minutes.
4.And now it remains only to get the pie and let it cool down a bit.
I served it with powdered sugar.
It turned out not bad, I expected that everything would be completely bad, but it seems pretty well.
