Champignons with Country Potatoes

Svinni saw beautiful white champignons in the store and could not resist.
We had no mushrooms for long time. We will be corrected!
I will cook the mushrooms in tomato sauce with “country-style” potatoes as a side dish.
You can replace the potatoes with rice. It will be very satisfying and tasty.

Ingredients:
● Champignons -400 gr
● Carrot -2 pcs
● Onion -2 pcs
● Celery -1 stalk
● Potatoes -10 pcs
● Tomato paste -4 tbsp. l + 2 glasses of water
● String bean -harst
● Spices, salt, butter, garlic, pepper, herbs — to taste
1.Clean the onion from the husk and chop the onion in small pieces. Clean the carrots from the skin and cut into small cubes. Celery stalk cut into the same small cubes.
Cut the champignons. I left a couple of mushrooms for decoration.
Fry onion, carrot and celery in butter / vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and string beans.
You will have to tinker with potatoes longer and therefore it makes sense to start with it. Thoroughly launder potatoes from dirt, do not cut off the skin.
Chop the potatoes into large slices and place in a heat-resistant form. Lubricate the potatoes with oil, salt and add pepper.
Place the form in the oven for 1 hour. Roasting temperature -180 degrees.
You can turn the potatoes two times during cooking.
2.Pour the mixture of good tomato paste and water into the champignons.
Immediately add a tablespoon of sugar, usually tomato paste is sour.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Salt, pepper, spices-to taste.
3.Add greens and chopped garlic to the pan before 5 minutes to the end of cooking.
4.Serve champignons in tomato sauce with country-style potatoes.
I chopped some of the mushrooms in raw form to decorate the dish.
Champignons can be eaten raw, but they do not have some pronounced taste.
