📷 Golden gate of the Crimea

Hello, friends! Today I will show a photo of the picturesque Crimean coast of Feodosia and Koktebel. The sea in Crimea is unforgettable. And you can travel there even on "Scarlet sails" :-)

The sea in Crimea is very beautiful, and the water was different every day. Turquoise, emerald, and sometimes it's like this. The mountainous terrain and rocky shores conveyed some unique charm to the picturesque landscapes.

Today in the waters of the Black sea is quite lively: scurrying boats, sailboats, yachts, not enough ships.

On this nature I want to admire again and again.

Walk through these mountains, enjoying the spectacular views. We also saw a rock called the Devil's finger, or Shaytan Barmak, as well as a Sail rock, a Roaring grotto.

Even with the weather very lucky. It was soft, but not cool. Those who wished could swim right in the open sea, which we did.

Water, of course, was cold, but it was worth it. Saw even a Dolphin, it is a pity only that didn't manage to photograph it. But there are such shots.

So we saw the legendary Golden gate, the famous attraction of Koktebel (a small resort town in the East of Crimea).

The rock itself has a height of about 15 meters and a width of 6 meters. Gold it is called because of its natural material — yellow basalt, which is very bright in the sun shines and shimmers beautifully. The gate is guarded by a stone lion, and the Lion's Bay is closed by a rock called the lighthouse.

Crowds of tourists come here every year, but few of them know about the history and legends of this picturesque place.
