6Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, 7in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them. - Colossians 3:6-7

In the last 10 episodes, we talk much about some of the things that God wants us to leave behind and we should focus on God and the things above since we are of Christ now. This should be our focus because God's anger is on the disobedient.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; - Romans 1:18

Verses 6 and 7 of Colossians 3 is trying to tell us that we should not go back to our old ways which God's wrath will be coming for. Since we are a new creature, all these things like fornication, covetousness, uncleanness, and so on (read from Colossians 3:5) should go with the old man.

Let us always remember that there is a time that all will be judged according to the Word of God and for us to be free and reign with God, we should be holy as God is holy which is the requirement for entering into the kingdom of God.
