Diet Mode Day 3: November 16 2019

The journey is really hard but I got things ready. I returned the fault scale and got the right one. I weighed myself and I was shocked that I am now weighing 81.7kg from like 78 in the last week. Well, I am going to make sure I shed away all those fast (positive mode).

My phone is faulty so I am unable to record step count properly but I will keep managing it for records but I will still be able to get my other activities to record if not step counts.

I eat twice yesterday; 4 magunya (puff puff) and a cup of cappuccino in the morning and ate seafood at our family outing. It was yummy but dangerous, right? I could not resist. Getting back home, I weighed myself and it went up to 82.7 knowing it will be high as it was advisable to weigh 2 hours after eating.

So I checked my body mass later and I realised I was killing myself.
Calories count, visceral, body fat, were way too high and so I am going to work on these things. I did some skipping and it was hard, some aerobic exercises that I know of, went to shower and off to bed.
Waking up this morning, my body was a bit aching and I weighed again and it has dropped to 80.3kg from 81.7kg. Visceral fat also dropped by 1, and calories count by 18.

I will be working towards shedding more and also update for today before going to bed as this was a report for yesterday.
