Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of margarine
  • 1.5 cup of icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • vanilla
  • a pinch of salt
  • flour as much as it needs to have a nice soft dough that doesn't stick on your hand

To make the dough you need to melt the margarine, mix it with the egg, the vanilla and baking powder and start adding the sugar and flour slowly. Once your dough is ready, lay some baking paper on your baking tray...

and bake your cookies for 15 minutes (more or less) in a 200-degree oven.

Be careful not to make your cookies too thin, because as you can see, they can easily get burned.

Once all your cookies are baked, pour yourself a nice glass of cold milk and start dipping!
