CDC Study Finds Majority of Covid19 Patients ALWAYS Wore Masks

As a follow-up from our previous post on the effectiveness of wearing a mask to defend against covid19 and other viruses, a July 2020 report by the CDC, "Community and Close Contact Exposures Associated with COVID-19 Among Symptomatic Adults ≥18 Years in 11 Outpatient Health Care Facilities", shows that masks and face coverings are not effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19, even for those people who consistently wear them.

A study conducted in the United States in July found that when they compared 154 “case-patients,” who tested positive for COVID-19, to a control group of 160 participants from the same health care facility who were symptomatic but tested negative, over 70 percent of the case-patients were contaminated with the virus and fell ill despite “always” wearing a mask.

“In the 14 days before illness onset, 71% of case-patients and 74% of control participants reported always using cloth face coverings or other mask types when in public,” the report stated.

In fact, the report suggests that “direction, ventilation, and intensity of airflow might affect virus transmission, even if social distancing measures and mask use are implemented according to current guidance.”

As another case in point, it was recently decided that the second presidential debate should be take place remotely in order to "protect" all involved from getting infected. If forced masks and social distancing measures are so effective, what's the problem? Why the worry?

Throw in top of the line air filtration, plexiglass cages, and whatever other testing and protective measures they can toss into the pot. And the still don't believe that'll be enough to "protect" everyone?

And of course, there's also this bit from Dr. David Nabarro, the World Health Organization's Special Envoy on Covid-19, saying "We really do appeal to all world leaders: stop using lockdown as your primary control method" around 15 1/4 minutes in...

As for the safety of extended exposure to potentially highly unsanitary repeatedly used masks, here are a few more studies that are bound to catch your interest. One point made by some doctors is that studies have shown the level of oxygen loss and carbon dioxide recycling with most mask use is negligible, and for those experiencing breathing issues, it's most likely psychosomatic more than anything else.

While this may be somewhat true, it ignores the most obvious factors of all, being:

  • Try breathing under a thick blanket and see if you still breathe as easily. You'll most likely feel the need to take much deeper, longer, breaths just to get the full breath you need, thus also tiring you out much faster. This would likely be even worse for those who already have breathing issues such as asthma.
  • The longer you breathe through the same mask, the harder it is to breathe through the growing amount of particulate matter accumulating on the mask, not to mention the additional side effects of breathing in such concentrated levels of potential contaminants.

There is no biological history of mass masking until the current era. It is important to consider possible outcomes of this society-wide experiment. The consequences to the health of individuals is as yet unknown. Masked individuals have measurably higher inspiratory flow than non-masked individuals. This study is of new masks removed from manufacturer packaging, as well as a laundered cloth mask, examined microscopically. Loose particulate was seen on each type of mask. Also, tight and loose fibers were seen on each type of mask. If every foreign particle and every fiber in every facemask is always secure and not detachable by airflow, then there should be no risk of inhalation of such particles and fibers. However, if even a small portion of mask fibers is detachable by inspiratory airflow, or if there is debris in mask manufacture or packaging or handling, then there is the possibility of not only entry of foreign material to the airways, but also entry to deep lung tissue, and potential pathological consequences of foreign bodies in the lungs.

As to the issue of oxygen deprivation from either masks more conducive to recycling air, or from those who do not have the strength or capacity to take larger deeper breaths while wearing a mask, here's another doctor's assessment:

An absolute medical contraindication in medicine means that this drug, this therapy, this method or measure should not be used, and is not allowed to be used. To coerce an entire population to use an absolute medical contraindication by force, there must be definite and serious reasons for this, and the reasons must be presented to competent interdisciplinary and independent bodies to be verified and authorised.

When, in ten years, dementia is going to increase exponentially, and the younger generations couldn't reach their god-given potential, it won't help to say "we didn't need the masks".

But but but... Dummy, masks were never meant to protect the wearer!

Yeah okay... there is substantial evidence that as most people use them, masks do little to protect either others from you, or you from others. And, since masks act as filters, if anything they concentrate and spread the virus more, exposing everyone, including the wearer, to a potentially highly concentrated toxic brew of viruses and other airborne contaminants.

And for all those parroting that masks are meant to protect others from the wearer, well, CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield seems to strongly disagree with this notion, claiming "This face mask is more guaranteed to protect me against COVID than when I take a COVID vaccine." (approximately 1 minute, 30 seconds into the video)

But don't worry, do as you're told, stay locked down, and keep wearing that flimsy little mask of yours, all the time, even while alone in your home or driving your car! :scream: :face_palm:
