We garden to have fresh, healthy, trustworthy food, but also to save. When I spend money on gardening, it may seem somewhat counterproductive, but it is an investment in our food supply, and we find that to be worthwhile. While sometimes it may cost us more than we'd like, it's still worth it in the end in our opinion. In this video, I buy some compost, get some free wood mulch, and spend some time weeding and working with our sunchokes. Enjoy the show!
