As the old go out, the new come in.

Life has a rhythm to it. The young grow. The adult reproduce. The old die. The babies are born, or hatch... Here on the homestead, we know that rhythm well. Recently, we enjoyed a handful of grown ducks that we smoked in our smokehouse. Now, the "replacements" are hatching and starting to grow. The cycle continues. Life goes on. We eat well. Enjoy the photos.
