Witness Re-activated

Just a short message to announce my witness server has been activated again. Now that things have cooled down a bit it seemed the right moment to do it.

It only now occurred to me 15% of the witnesses is Dutch.
If we can get @jay and @poeticsnake to become witnesses as well, we will have to rename the platform to "walvis aandelen"... lol, better not.

It feels good to be a witness again.
