Guess where this crazy guy went today... that's right, the gym. For the fourth day in a row. I have a problem.
Pendlay Rows (4x Work Sets)
-Paired with Lat Pulldowns
Back Squat (4x Work Sets)
-Paired with Hammer Curls
-20 minute walk
How I'm feeling afterwards:
Enough is enough. No lifting tomorrow... my muscles are feeling it. I plan on playing tennis for 90 minutes to limber up and be ready for hitting the gym on Saturrday.
