@nepd Daily Fitness Log: Workout 42
After four straight days of lifting last week, I planned on taking a couple days off. Unfortunately, that turned into six days after dealing with some flu. Felt great to get back into it today!
Bench Press (4x Work Sets)
-Paired With Facepulls and Chest Pull-Aparts
Deadlift (4x Work Sets)
-Paired With Calf Raises and Plank
-20 minute walk
How I'm feeling afterwards:
I'm expecting a little bit of DOMS tomorrow, but I feel great right now. Planning on getting back in the gym on Friday.
