Bench Press (4x Work Sets)
-Paired with Overhead Press
Deadlift (4x Work Sets)
-Paired with Calf Raises
-20 minute walk
How I'm feeling afterwards:
Enthused. New personal bests today in deadlift and overhead press. That wave of emotion when you hit a goal - no matter how minor - is quite awesome.
