@nepd Daily Fitness Log: Workout 39
Back in the gym for the second day in a row as @patriot needed to get some work in after basketball practice. I cut down the work a bit as I'll be back in for a full workout tomorrow as well.
Back Squat (3x Work Sets)
Pendlay Rows (3x Work Sets)
-20 minute walk
How I'm feeling afterwards:
Excellent. Not a tough workout, but I felt really well about the progression of my back muscles with the Pendlay Row. Can't wait to get back in tomorrow.
