Have cut down on the calories lately and could feel it a bit in the gym. Weight that I was crushing a week ago felt a little heavy today!
Bench Press (4x Work Sets)
-Paired With Hammer Curls
Deadlift (3x Work Sets)
-Paired With Overhead Press
-20 minute walk
How I'm feeling afterwards:
Tired... working out hard while cutting rather than bulking is so much more difficult!
