Orange-yellow oyster mushroom. The hat can be up to 8 cm in diameter, has a bright orange color, very visible in winter weather. Semicircular in appearance, in the shape of a fan, outstretched with age. Adherent to the ground sideways. The edge is wavy, slightly curled. To the touch, the mushroom is soft, velvety.Boczniaczek pomarańczowożółty. Kapelusz może mieć do 8 cm średnicy, ma jaskrawopomarańczowy kolor, bardzo widoczny w zimowej aurze. Z wyglądu półkolisty, w kształcie wachlarza, muszli z wiekiem rozpostarty. Przyrośnięty do podłoża bokiem. Brzeg jest pofalowany, lekko podwinięty. W dotyku grzyb jest delikatny, aksamitny.

The fungus has an unpleasant, nauseous smell, of rotting vegetation, mild in taste.Miąższ jest jaśniejszy do barwy zewnętrznej grzyba, najczęściej lekko żółtawy dość elastyczny. Grzyb ma nieprzyjemny mdlący zapach, gnijącej roślinności, w smaku łagodny.

Occurrence: The fungus is becoming rarer. It grows from summer to fall, but can also be found in early winter. Its location is dead conifers, while deciduous trees are rare. Value: Inedible mushroom.Występowanie: Grzyb coraz rzadszy. Rośnie od lata do jesieni, ale można go spotkać również wczesną zimą. Jego stanowisko to martwe drzewa iglastych, na liściastych to sporadyczne przypadki. Wartość: Grzyb niejadalny.
