Great Blue Herons

One of my favourite birds is the Great Blue Heron... also known as Ardea herodias if you care about the official scientific name. I'm fortunate to live in an area where these birds for fairly common so I have taken a lot of photos over the years. Today I thought I would share some of the better shots I've taken.
