UNIMULTIVERSE BITS SEGA FLASH CARTRIDGE BIT-00-A

I just wanted to talk about this old video, and the device featured in the video, plus this is a great chance to try out the crossposting tool https://masdacs.io/ that allows for a post to be shared to both Whaleshares and Steemit at the same time.

This video has also been posted to DTube and thus also Steemit https://steemit.com/sega/@joey-fancy/s543rrm3 DTube might no longer stream the video due to it's time there expiring, however you can also view it on https://www.bitchute.com/video/QvyE3r7iAWrX/ BitChute. (Plus you can still read the original Steemit article from the DTube post)

A video where I (Joey Fancy) talk about a flash cart for any Sega Genesis, Sega Mega Drive, and/or Sega 32X than can be used to play video games for those systems, plus acting like a Power Base Converter can also be used to play Sega Master System games.

In this video I take a quick look at how this flash cart plays Sonic the Hedgehog and Grind Stormer.
It plays most games perfectly but it's not a perfect flash cart, in the video you can see or hear that some sounds in Sonic the Hedgehog don't load, it's not emulation, the sounds play correctly, but some sounds like Sonic jumping don't load at all...
I know from personal experience this happens in a few other games.

The device even has a pause button built on to it, so it can fully function like a Power Base Converter, allowing Sega Master System and Sega Mark III games to be played on a Sega Genesis or Sega Mega Drive.
In the category of playing old Sega cartridge games, the only thing that can't be done is Sega SG-1000 games, and that is due to the limits of the Sega Genesis and Mega Drive. Due to that limit I later got a flash cart for the Sega Master System, the Sega Master System is old enough it can still play SG-1000 games.
Look for a video about that in the future, because it deals with even older games, let's think of that future video as a prequel... or not, doesn't matter.

I plan to one day take an eve more in depth look at this Flash Cart, just as I also eventually plan to do a video on my Sega Master System flash cart that can play Sega SG-1000 games. At this time, I have not yet edited any of those other videos.

As of right now, many other videos of mine can still be viewed on youtube, You never know what will happen with YouTube but also long as I can still post videos there, feel free to look for more of my videos there, and maybe even click on a play list such as one for UNIMULTIVERSE ARCHIVES

...or maybe check out an other video that is Sega and classic game related here

and also here

...or the related Steemit article here https://steemit.com/sega/@joey-fancy/hv4b924v ...anyway hopefully you will find something you will enjoy, and if you do, feel free to check out more of my videos and articles.
Perhaps I will end this with a link to a Whaleshares article where I comment a bit on why I named and grouped some of my videos they way that I do https://whaleshares.io/gaming/@joey-fancy/unimultiverse-archives-volume-00-2018-sample-1
...anyway, Live long and Prosper!
