How Testing Works

Using Testnet

At this moment we are testing and optimizing our code, by use of our testnet. If everything goes well, our mainnet will launch at the end of October.

Test Cycles

On every reset the following steps are taken:

  • Record the earnings of all validators
  • We reset the system, fix bugs, improve/optimize code, deploy new features (in chain network). All balances will be set to zero
  • Add Nodes we maintain ourselves
  • Perform tests
  • Send 1755 PRV to a batch of validators
  • Perform tests
  • Send 1755 PRV to the next batch of validators
    and so on...

We will add validators till we find/fix bugs. Then we reset again.
Your wallet will be set to zero on EVERY reset.

We are excited to see so many validators signed up to help us test our system. This unfortunately also means there is a queue for validators to be added to the system. Please be patient, you will know it is your turn when 1755 PRV arrives in your wallet.

Information for Validators

Your earnings are recorded, they will be credited to your wallet when we finish mainnet.

NOTE: Free received PRV, for example 1750 PRV to stake your node, or 1000 PRV to play the Whale game, will not carry over to the mainnet.

If you feel you are losing money while the system is being reset, or while waiting your turn to be added to the system, shutdown your node. We are doing all we can to keep the system running, but after all this is testnet.
