Emanate is shaping the future of music industry, in short, Emanate creates a smart contract that protects the artists from digital privacy, ensuring that the artists are paid when their music is played even if it is only a very small amount. It’s a really simple concept but could have profound effects on the industry, by taking the scalability of EOS, micropayments, smart contracts and an audio file and create what they call “smart collaborations”.

Key points:

All unlocked EMT, including that bought on exchanges, can now be staked into the Growth Pool
It can be un-staked at anytime
0.5% interest will be paid every 7 days, the interest is paid based on your lowest balance of the previous 7 days (this prevents cheating)
Interest payments are auto-staked to create compounding gains
Bonuses continue for 6 months or until 10 million EMT has been distributed

(Staking has a 1000 EMT floor and a 500,000 EMT ceiling)

For token sale participants take note: If you are already getting 5% bonus paid each month, this is more than the Growth Pool and tokens cannot be double staked. To unstake from the 5% bonus, you must use the ‘unstake’ contract function via cleos or bloks.io, it is not longer supported in the dashboard.
