Good morning my friends and happy weekend, I really love to create this food at weekends , love it with lot of lemon and really can serve it with anything
Let’s see the preparation together

Ingredients

1 kilo of ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, large, finely chopped
2 large slices of stale bread, soaked in water and drained or flitz. breadcrumbs
½ φλιτζ. fresh mint or 1 tbsp. dry mint
½ φλιτζ. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
olive oil for spreading
lemon juice
1 tbsp. salt
1 cut etc. pepper

Preparation

Put our minced meat and all the other ingredients together in a bowl.
Knead well for several minutes, so that the mixture becomes uniform and all the ingredients come together.
Leave the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
We shape with wet hands, evenly thick, depending on the size we want to give to our meatballs. This way they will be cooked evenly.
Bake on a grill over medium heat, after first smearing our meatballs with olive oil. In between the baking we coat our meatballs with lemon juice.
Alternatively, we can grill the mearballs in our oven. Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Grease our grill well and place the meatballs on the grill. Place a pan with water under the grill so that the juices from the burgers run inside. Bake at 180 ° C.
Medium-sized burgers take about 7 minutes to grill.
We serve our meatballs hot.
