Good morning my friends. , a special dessert recipe for today, easy, fast and with very short list of ingredients, let’s create this magic together

Petimezi is what can make mustard flour even more licking, the dark color it gives is unlikely, all you need is attention to proportion because mustard flour can become very sweet.

Ingredients

450 ml. must boiled and cut
50 ml. petimezi
20 gr. flour for all uses
25 gr. niseste or corn flour

Preparation

Put half the amount of must in a saucepan and put it on the fire on low heat.

Dilute the flour and grease it with half the amount of must, add the petimezi, mix well and pour the mixture into the pot.

At low temperature, simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Transfer to plates or bowls.

Sesame suits her and cinnamon is eaten cold or hot.
