Good morning my friends, happy Sunday and surely pancakes Sunday ;) sugar or honey the choice is yours ;) let’s see the Greek way together

Ingredients

2 1/2 glasses of lukewarm water
1/2 glass of Altis olive oil
1/2 kg flour for all uses
Lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
2 tablespoons yeast powder
1 pinch of salt
Vitamin soft (for frying)
Various fresh fruits
Honey
Nuts
Butter

Preparation

Beat in the mixer the water, the flour, the lemon juice, the yeast and the salt. Add the olive oil and stir for a few minutes, until the porridge is smooth. Let it swell for 15 minutes.
Grease a small non-stick pan with butter over low heat. Put a spoonful of the porridge in the pan and move it to form a round disk.
Bake on both sides until golden brown. Repeat, greasing the pan with Butter every now and then
Put the pancakes on a plate, with kitchen paper in between, and cover them to keep them warm.
Serve them with fruit salad, honey, nuts or fruit puree, which can be prepared with Butter by beating it to fluff, mixed with fresh fruit puree of our choice and a little icing sugar with a little lemon juice.

Have an enjoyable Sunday my friends and try stay safe and healthy.

My best wishes from Greece
