Good morning my friends, one of my favorite food for all of you today , not so easy at preparation but we will do it together step by step , let’s go

Ingredients

1 kilo of minced meat mixed or beef !!
2 onions, finely chopped
1 cup of tea for stuffed rice
2 glasses of fresh or crushed tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon dill soup for stuffing
1 teaspoon Parsley soup for stuffing
1 fluffy cabbage
1/2 glass of olive oil
1 carrot on the grater
1/2 teaspoon dry mint soup
For the egg-lemon !!
3 fresh egg yolks
3 tbsp cornflour
3 cups of meat broth or whatever comes out of the pot
Salt Pepper
1 tbsp butter at the end
1/2 or 1 lemon its juice

Preparation

Saute onion lightly, put the minced meat, sauté well, add tomato salsa, salt, pepper, dill, parsley, carrot, mint, let them wither well and put the washed rice, mix well, leave for 5 minutes and let it simmer for a while. we take out of the fire.
Wash the cabbage and cut the back, carefully remove the leaves one by one and boil them in a large pot with water that simmers with a little salt 1/2 k, σ ,.
Cut them in half and put 1 k, in about filling, fold, roll and put leaves in the bottom of the pot.
Put the cabbage stuffing in the pot, leave 3 fingers under the pot, put a glass of sauce on top and add a little more water, put on low heat and cook for about 50 minutes until our rice softens.
Put the yolks in a small saucepan together with 1/2 cup of warm room broth, and the cornflour, stir with a whisk, put the rest of the broth and put on the fire, stir constantly, as soon as it thickens enough, remove from the heat and add the butter and we mix the lemon well and it is ready for our cabbage stuffing, perfect salsa for its kind
