This is a very small work.....the idea behind painting pieces of this size is to stay in practice when Bleujay is traveling or in between paintings or simply to try painting an unfamiliar subject on a smaller scale to become familiar with the subject matter.

These are usually drawn directly onto watercolour paper rather than traced from a sketch.
