Zen

The search for peace in the field of meditation and especially in zen meditation is the ascent of our mind to a higher plane,
detachment from material things and from our body.

I interpreted the concept of ascending as a brain lifted by a pair of chopsticks.✨

Thinking outside of the situation and outside of ourselves, sometimes leads to inspiration,
this man has probably found a way to solve a problem that bothered him for a long time🥳

I personally believe that meditation even if not too deep helps us to achieve the necessary calm to act, make decisions and manage our life.🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

The images I used come from completely different genres😅.
I took the brain from a mars attack cover and created the chopsticks from a radio commercial.
I found some images on Pinterest like the bloody eyes and ship, the Japanese navy illustration is from a database full of eastern illustrations.
The Japanese kanji characters are from a game called "LSD dream emulator" a pretty famous and rare ps1 game.🕹
And I took the "enlightenment light " from the poster of a magician.

this is a picture of me after attending a Zazen session.
Zazen differs from Zen because during meditation a monk walks around the room with an object in his hand that I call "the Zen stick" and gives it to someone who does not seem concentrated enough.
fortunately, I was not hit by the stick.😂
